I trace the edges,
Attempting to delay the rapid color-development
Of tangible memories
Sold in tens or twenty-sevens.
I wont smudge
To ruin is to sin.
For with the winter,
This dies too.
For my sake,
I hope heaven has a darkroom.

Finally, something!
I was recently informed that most major chain stores are going to stop developing film. The same goes for the sale of Polaroid film. I do not like this. Not one bit. Feedback would be adored - Thank you so much for the DD. I never thought this piece that was just thought up in the car and written rather rapidly would attain any sort of literary accolade.
